The CVC1117 Cotton Inserter is designed to insert polyester, rayon, or cotton coil into containers at speeds up to up to 60 bottles per minute. The CVC1117 is PLC driven and Servo Motor controlled and comes standard with a 6" Touch Screen terminal. Options include tower lamp, missing cotton in bottle detection, reject, and reject verification.
