Winpack Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machine - Model W 12
This machine is designed for packaging liquid and gels into sachets or pouches. It uses a two-roll system to form the pouch, filling it with the product, sealing it (4-sided seal) and cutting it into individual packages.
The W-12 can run at speeds of up to 650 pouches per minute and is suitable for a variety of products, including pharmaceuticals, condiments, and food items.
It is currently set up to handle 3-2 1/4" pouches with gel.
Comes with touch screen controls, various change parts, liquid filling system with piston type filling.
