Machine specifications: wrapper sealing bar 30” wide with a 12” vertical clearance, solid sealing bar with Teflon coated sealing surfaces, digital temperature controls, stainless steel clamping cover with safety release, right angle 1`2” wide infeed conveyor with plastic chain link belt, product pusher fully adjustable for position and product collation, collation from single row to 4 rows, product top holding stabilizer after sealing bar, tension control, Siemens S-7 PLC controller with EXOR screen interface, integrated heat tunnel measuring 48” wide x 24” wide x 12” high, 15 kW installed heating capacity, 1 air blower with ½ hp TEFC, Teflon mesh conveyor belt, conveyor belt cooling fan, automatic cooling cycle on shut-down. Film specifications: polyolefin, flat wound, 12” maximum roll diameter, no maximum core diameter as roll sits on cradle. Film thickness: 0.5mm to 3mm. Air pressure between 70m to 100 psi at 4 CFM. Machine is rated at up to 20 cycles per minute, based on 1 x 3 configurations. Unit comes on jack screws and castors and is painted in “steel it” paint.
