This machine allows you to detect and reject* packaging defects thereby improving the quality of your finished product. It comes on portable S/S stand which mounts over an existing conveyor. It can handle all sizes of bottles up to gallons, and inspects for a variety of possible defects in the packaging of the product, ie missing or crooked caps, missing labels, bar code verification, cap torque verification, and more than a dozen other potential problems. It comes with a verification and reject station, stack light and color touch screen controls.
